All products are non returnable or exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Any manufacturing defect or fault, damage in transit or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the parcel. It is the responsibility of the customer to check their order within this time. We will not be able to provide any manufacturer guarantees or replacements after this time.
To complete a return, please contact us in the first place, before posting your return at email@example.com and title the email return.
We recommend that you return the item as a tracked item, we cannot be held responsible until it reaches us. Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will contact you to say we have received the item and if a refund is applicable. Refunds (if applicable) will be refunded to the original method of payment within 7 days.
